Privacy Policy

Parallel Park is currently a pre-launch waitlist operated by Losonsky & Associates, Inc. This page explains what we collect on this site and what we do with it. It will be replaced by a full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, reviewed by counsel, before any booking or payment feature goes live.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address
- Whether you selected "I have a driveway" (host) or "I need parking" (driver)
We don't collect payment information, precise location, or any other personal data on this site. If you don't submit the waitlist form, we don't collect anything about you beyond standard, anonymized site traffic (see Analytics below).
Why we collect it
Solely to notify you when Parallel Park launches, to gauge interest by neighborhood and by host/driver split, and to occasionally ask early signups for feedback while we build. We do not use your email for anything else.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
- We don't send you anything other than launch updates and, occasionally, a request for feedback.
- We don't make income promises to hosts or drivers, on this site or in any waitlist email.
Where it's stored
Waitlist submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they handle data in transit and at rest. We export and review this list directly; we don't integrate it with any ad or marketing platform.
Analytics
We may use a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool (such as GoatCounter) to see aggregate traffic and referrer data — for example, how many visitors came from a given Facebook post. This does not identify individual visitors and isn't linked to your email address.
Your choices
To be removed from the waitlist at any time, email rlosonsky@gmail.com and we'll delete your entry. Every launch email will also include an unsubscribe link once we begin sending them.
